FRENCH OFFENSIVE.

WELLINGTON, April 21
The High Commissioner reports from London on April 21st at 12.5 p.m.:
French Official. —North of the Oise we liarrased the enemy and continued our progress towards Chemins-decs-Baines, and occupied the village or Sancy.
In the evening after a violent artillery preparation the Germans in the region of Aillos-Hurtebtse launched a great, attack, which was broken by our artillery rtud madhine-gun fire, auu completely repulsed. In the Champagne we carried seveial important support points in Massif, a-nd Moronvillers, nowithstanding a bitter resistance by the enemy.
Since April 16th wo have captured between Soissons and Auberivo over 19,000 prisoners, and 100 guns. In the Argonne we perffetrated tho enemy’s second trench, finding numerous bodies.
