A diplomatic sensation has I eea caused in South America by M. Revista’s declaration that Chili is sounding Peru for a joint war against Bolivia. They proposed the sizing of part of Baolivia.
It is believed Ghili will aot if Argentine is involved iu the European war, and thereby is unable to help
