GENEVA, April 18. Riots were reported from several German cities, including Bremen and Cologne. Monday’s strike at Berlin was iiiimitated at Cologne, Dresden, Karlsruhe and Tafndau. BERNE, April 18. Latest reports from Germany state that the processions were resumed at Bor lin on Monday. Stubborn encounters with the police resulted in g'encrnl rioting. Many police and rioters were wounded. The police were often.routed. Finally the Mounted police cleared the streets at midnight.
