LONDON, April 19 After a- number of Hostile Nationalist speeches the prolongation of Parliament Bill was read a third time bv 203 to 42 NEW YORK, April 18. Mr. Balfour’s party tincludes five officials from the Foreign Office, five from the blockade, two from the Admiralty, one from Finance, two from the Munitions, four from the War Office ,and one from the Wheat Commission.
