The statement of affairs of Itlio Hohomi Diamond Terrace Gold Mining and Water Race Company, which is published in a recent Gazette, shows that the Company was incorporated in June, 1914, with a nominal capital £25,000, divided into 100,000 shares. The amount of capital subscribed is £22,500, and the amount actually paid up in cash in New Zealand £3,614. The price paid to the vendors of file mine was 20,000 fully paid up shares, ■which are held by the company pending settlement and £5,000 in cash.
