Coal Shortage

HAMILTON, April 12,

At a meeting .of the Waikato Hospital and Charitable Aid Board to-clay film engineer reported a serious shortage of coal supplies, and that the whole power plant was in danger of being stopped on account of such shortage. Fifteen tons of coal per week were necessary during the winter months. The Board resolved to communicate with the Minister in the matter, and that in tlio meantime labour he put on to secure fire wood.
