German Report.
LONDON, April -5 Wireless German Official: The English strongly attacked northward of the Peronne-C'ambrai Road. We inflicted heavy losses before retiring. The enemy occupied our evacuated positions southwest of St. Quentin. Our batteries ploded a munitions depot near Yendresse. Wo inflicted a defeat on the enemy northward of Rheims. We captured French trenches west of Motiatir. L.ONDON, April 6. A wireless German official message states: —We repulsed a French attempt to reenpturo lost tranches near Sapignoul, and attacks at Malancourt Wood. In a strong aerial reconnaissance the enemy suffered severely, losing yesterday forty-four machines, and five or our are missing.
