A Frenchcommu'.iqr.n issued to-day-says we silenced vigorous enemy artillerying north of Leaviilers. The enemy using liquid fire attacked north of Ve3nnele Chateau on the western boundary of Argonne, but wero-re-pulaed leaving dead and prisoners. An attack at Sapigneul and Godatfarm developed on a front of 2,500 metres. The enemy collected numerous selected, storming troops, but the attcck completely iaded.
