" Replies to Questions. (Received April 3, at 12 30 p.m.) London, April 2 In tho Commons, Hon A. Bonar Law said, recognising tha urgency of revising the Constitution and powers of the Second Chamber, Government were sympathetically considering a secret session after East6r.
Replying to Mr Lynch knd others* he said theto was no possibility of this, or any other British Government, attempting to force the Dominions to accept any form of federation. A great advance had been made towards closer relatione between Britain and the Dominions by the establishment of the Imperial War Cabinet.
