ORDINARY MEETING (To sit at 11 a.m.) 1, The Chairman to move :—“That the accounts for the month of March, 1917, as revised and recommended for payment by the Finance Committee, amounting to £- f be passed for payment.” 2, The Chairman to move: "That the Council now adopt the necessary motion to borrow by way of overdraft run vyi flirt ka mL n( \T n f 7 _ 1 3 1
from the Bank of New Zealand, such overdraft to be secured by the revenue actually outstanding and payable at the 31st March, 1918.” 3, The Chairman to move : —"That a statement be, prepared by the Treasurer for next monthly meeting, showing the position of the separate ridiDg acconnta for the year ended March 31at; the estimated amount of the revenue for tho financial year now entered upoff; and the proposed allocation of such amount over the Separate Ridings as provided by the Counties Act, and ita amendments.” A meeting of the Joint Rscrnitirg Committee of the Westland lo .J bodies will be held at the County Chambers at 3 p.m.
