His Honor, addressing Mr. Morris, said: “It was really not your fault. The lino will be remitted. In dealing with an application for disharge in bankruptcy at the Supremo Cort at Greymoth on Wednesday Mr. Justio Sim remarked that the applicant had kept no hooks and commented adversely thereon. However the applicant had been adjudged a bankrupt for years ago and as the creditors had not objected the application would be granted. WH... ;
