Separation Allowance. WELLINGTON, March 19. Under ftho system in vogue up till a little while ago the wife of a soldier could only obtain separation aliona<n_*» for children to the number of five. That restriction lias now been removed, and no matter bow many children the wife of a soldier juis she can obtain a separation allowance of 9d a day for each child until it reaches the age of sixteen years.
