Why We Need Water.
We need water tor tbe simple reagon that it helps the body to get rid of poisonous rubbish. Nobody can live without washing the inside of the body. This is why wo pass through our mouths into our bodies a stream of water or other liquid, which soon filters into the blood, and is then carried to every part of the body. Wherever it goes, it finds poisonous rubbish which melts and is carried away.
