AN ACCIDENT.

A boy named Hodgson, about 15 years of age met with a’ rather nasty accident at Rewanui on Monday at mid-dav. As he swung out over the gully, about fifteen feet deep the vine broke, and he fell on rocks and stones. The alarm was raised and when picked up the boy was unconscious blood flowing freely from parts of his head. He was at once conveyed to the hospital, where lie is doing as well as can lie expected. Latest reports from flip hospital state that the lad is improving, although his injuries are vorv severe.
