Turkish Differences.
LONDON, March 13. Jl,ifat Bey lias left Geneva for Turkey, and Beduy Bey lias left Constanitinople for Berlin owing to reported differdnees between Turkey and Germany regarding the Mesopotamia losses. It is believed that the Turks arc holding Germany blameworthy, •because the best Turkish troops have been senit to defend AusLro-Geiimtny.
