General Haig reports:—We slightly improved our position north eastward of Bouchaveyney secouring prisoners and we raided trenches southward ot Arras and bombed enemy dugnuts despite a string of resistance and we inflicted many casualties. Also much trouble in the munition factories owing to constant hunger. There arc strikes in the works, of both sexes, particularly at Wurtemberg and Baden, and many men have been called from the armies to replace the strikers and hunger-invalids. Russian Report.
