Why We Need Water.
We need water for tbs simple reason that it helps the body to get rid of poisonous rubbish. Nobody can live without washing the inside of the body. This is why we pass through our mouths into our bodies a stream of water or other liquid, which soon filters into the hlooJ, and is then carried to every part o? the body. Wherever it goes, it finds poisonous rubbish which melts and is carried away.
