Hamluton, March 12 At the Magistrate’s Court, Mr KawsoD, S.M. delivered judgment on a charge of seditions utterance against Michael Francis Cusack, in connection with a strike of freezing chamber hands at Horatin last month. A fine of £SO and costs £3 9/6, was imposed, in default three months. One month was allowed for payment. Obituary. Christchurch, Match 12 Mr A. H.
