——♦ Altered Representation The following letter has been received by the Weßtland Charitable Aid Board from Dr Valintine, In-spector-General of Hospitals, the present representation being : Westland County five, Hokitiua Borough three, and Rosa and Kuraara combined, one member: “The latest census figures being now available an opportunity has been taken with the aid of the latest valuations to review the representation on Hospital and Charitable Aid Boards with the rasnlt that it is found that Westland County is entitled to six members, Hokitika Borough to two, and Kumara and Ross Boroughs combined to one. It is therefore proposed before the forthcoming Borough elections to alter the representation on these lines.”
