Demand for Vengeance

Austin Hoy has cabled to Mr Wilson demanding tbav the deaths of his mother and sister be avenged, and requesting the privilege cf being the first voluntoer in the American Army. He adds that the offer is not to make heroes of the American business man, but be cannot expect other Americans to offer their lives to avenge the Laconia outrage, unless he does.
