Hon W. F. Massey was the guest at a luncheon by the Empire progress O'gftuieatioc. He pleaded for the immediate establishment of commercial piofersnca in order to build up the Empire. New Zealand will be the Empire's dairy farm, Canada its granary and Australian its wool and meat producer.
