Trade Restrictions.
LONDON, Feb., mu. In the House of Commons Hon. Uonar Law, in. reply to Mr Asquith, stated that the Government had decided on further most drastic restrictions on imports, affecting the Allies and Dominions, which would be announced on Thursday. 'l'he delay was due to communicating with the Allies and Dominions. The “Daily Chonicle’” says tlia.t tiade from tlio Dominions and Allies will suffer equally, consequent on the Government's determination of a ruthless restriction on imports in order to economise shipping.
