The Last Stage.
AMSTERDAM, Feb. 19. The Prime Minister of Bavaria, m an inteview, said that General Hindenburg’s view is that the war is theoretically continuaible without limit of time, because (the .German reinforcements exceeded tluiir losses!. Germany’s frontiers have remained intact, and their defensive aim had been completely successful, but the enemy could continue indefinitely, while they are able to draw their strength from overseas, therefore submarine warfare was the only way to a quick finish. Having gained all that Germany wanted Hindenburg did net desire to continue the struggle. ile considered the last stage of the war would be terrible.
