NEW YOKK, Feb. 12.
Admiral Fiske, a naval export, nns invented a torpedo for an aeroplane, and claims that it can destroy a battleship, and make a siglc air pilot nioio than a match for a dreadnought. One authority says the machines could have won the Jutland battle.
