(Received Feb 14, afc 12.15 p.m.) Paris, Feb 13 The Petit Parisian, in an interview with Sir Edward Carson states the British Navy is übiquitous, awaiting the enemy in th 9 North Sea, on the coasts of Brazil, West Afrioa, andCamerons. It is helping the French at Salonika and East Africa. It is with tbe Italians in the Adriatic. It is with the Radians at Archangol. It is also strictly blockading Germany. The Germans are wild with rage, and reduced to dire necessity will not hesitate to perpetrate any crime. Referring to submarining he said these barbarous attacks create a difficult, serious problem, on which all the Admiralty staff officers are working, day anti night. Britain has destroyed a very large number of th 9 enemy submarines, British submarine activity is constantly increasing.
