The British steamers Explorer of 7606 tons, and the Coriioaa Prince of 2776 tons have been sunk.
Also the Belgian relief ship Euphrates. The neutral ccmaiiesion of Belgian Belief has now held up all relief shipsTwenty per cent of tho fool of them vaded areas in Belgium and France is imported from England. -Eight relief ships with 26,000 tons of food aredetaioed in England ports.
There are no survivors from the Euphrates.

It is expected that the Swiss reply will affirm neutrality, but will pacifically protest at'Germany’s blockade as calculated'to injui’e Swiss imports and trade, The Swiss people practically unanimously support neutrality but view the diminution of imports with anxiety. The coal shortage is becoming grave.
China’s Attitude
