The War Loan.
LONDON, Feb. 6. The War Loan closes to-morrow. LONDON, Feb. C.
The Bishop of Birmingham has arranged that bankers advance him £IOOO which ho offers to lend the poorer clergy in sums between £5 and £lO for the War Loan, repayable by monthly instalments. He appeals to the clergy to exhort their congregations to subscribe to the war loan.
