German writers, including Herr Naumann, admit that the American intervention will mean endless German sacrifices, particularly because the American Navy will assist to make the blockade complete. America will certainly send an army to France and will also refill the Allies’ coffers.
Allies’ Efforts. LONDON, Feb. 4.
