A Shortage of Funds.
PARIS, Jan. 21. A financier named Phillippc Shnoni has been arrested for embezzling the funds of an Industries Company. The shortage is three million francs. Tho chairman, who is Prince Jt>erbo•glierdvel, has also boon arrested, but declares he is the victim of M‘. Simoni’s machinations.
