IN THE MATTER OF "The Public Works Act 1928 and The Rivets Boards Act 190S and their amend* ments. | NOTICE IS 'HEREBY GIVEN" that the i Hutt Elver Board proposes* under tieprovisions of the above mentioned Acts and all other Acts and powers enabling it in that behalf to execute a certain- s public work namely river protection^1 works in the "Hutt District and foir the•purposes of such public work the jtands »as described in the Schedule hereto arerequired to be taken . : AND NOTICE IS HEEEBY FUETHEB. GIVEN that a plan, of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the- - pulblie office of the said, Board at the Corner of Main Street and OLaings Road,. Lower Hutt and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours and that *1L persons effected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of such lands should if they have well grqunded objections to the execution of the said puiblie Work or to the taking; of the said land set forth the same in. writing and sqnd such writing within, forty days from the first publication, of this notice to the Hutt Eiver Board? addressed to the Clerk of the said!: Board at the said office.
