Mr T. B. McNeil, S.M. presided at the Lower Hutt Magistrate's Court held last week. . A fine of £2 was imposed upon H. James for having no wireless license. J?ot failing to givte way to traflxc approaching on his right, Ge»rge Henry Harding was fined £2. Edward Joseph Gaffney was fined £1 for a similar offence. \
