PETONE DIVISION.

The fortnightly meeting of the above Division was held in the Ambulance Boom, Petone Recreation Ground, on Monday, 13th inst at whioh a large numiber were preseritv The-cvhair was ocerapied by Superintendent A. Black.

The forthcoming Amibuiance Competition was discussed, but the principal imatter before "the meeting was the Benefit Concert held oii the 6th. inst, for which a whole-hearted appreciation was expressed, not only of the benefit the Division had from, a financial point of view, but for the beautiful musical and vocal programme so well rendered by Mrs' Mildred Kenny 'is Mandolin and Gurtar Orchestras. ' Mrs. Kenny deserves every credit fenr it, arid the men of the Division take this opportunity of • thanking her, and her very aible orchestra, pulblicly for the services so generfoiusly given.
