Mix well and roll into small balls. 801 lin fine cracker crumbs and just before serving, place in wire basket and fry in deep fat to delicate brown. Serve with: salads. - Cheese Potatoes. • To one pint hot fluffy riced potatoes add half cup grated cheese, 1 tablespoon grated onion, yolks of two eggs well beaten, salt and to taste. Beat until creamy. Carefully fold in the beaten whites of two eggs,. Turn into buttered baking dish and brown in : ■hot oven. Serve immediately.
