GRAND CONCERT.
A groat treat is in store for all who attend;the Ladies' Guild concert which will: be held this (Thursday) evening August 21st, at S p.m in the (Trinity Congregational Church Hall, Central Terrace, Lower Hutt. T-he programme will open with a good rousing chorus. The first half will consist of pianoforte solos, recitations, monologues and violin solos, coupled with* the Sunday School children in items which are sure

The predicament that three 'officers of the law ably assisted toy a. cook and three servant •girls get into, cannot in detail be related here. However the crisis arrives when the mistress of the house accompanied by the Sergeant of Police, come into th£ kitchen just as ■ —. Come and se,e it for yourselves.
