The Senior B (A Team) played a fast and interesting game with Karori at Karori Park No. 2 ground on Saturday. The game started at a fast pace. Hutt attacked strongly, only to be repulsed and play centred round the Riversiders' goal for a period. The local backs cleared, the forwards were seen in 'beautiful passing ~ movements and following in, on a shot by Mathewß, Judd" Jook the ball on the rebound from the goalie's pads and netted. The Karori forwards ' combination proved too much for the Hutt backs. The Hutt team played well against such a strong side, but harder hitting on the part of the Hutt backs would have relieved pTes- ! sure of the Karori forwards. THIRDS. The local boys travelled to Karori on Saturday and met Wesley B on No. 2 ground. After a hard, fast game ; Wesley B won by 4 goals to nil. Hutt played wit-h. ten men and Iteld a territorial advantage for the greater portion of the second spell, but wild hitting spoilt several chances to score.
