WEDDING. HALL—HAYDON.
The wedding was solemnised at Knox Church on the evening of July 2nd, of Lily, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Hall, and Cdaude, son of t-he late Mr. end Mrs. Haydon. The Rev. J. MeCaw was tho officiating clergyman, Mr. B. B. Orr was the best man, Mr. A. Ackroyd the organist, and -the choir attended the ceremony. The bride wore an effective frock of white embosser georgette with long skirt and the bodice was trimmed with diamante 'buttons. She wore a veil which was arranged in a motb cap, with posies of orange blossoms at the sides. 'HeT toilet was completed with silver 'shoes, and she carried a shower bouquet. Her attendants were Madame de Mauny, matron of honour, whose frock was of blue charmeline. with oriental embroideries and blue hat trimmed to .harmonise and Miss Marjorie Bell, a flower girl, who ■wore a very pretty frock of palest pink georgette, made with a cape and a hat of pink felt, turned off the face, and diamante bvJckle. Her bouquet was of heath and carnations in .pink tones. After tihe eremony a reception was Jreid at the home of Mr and Mts UMeh, the fodlawing guests being present: — Mrs Bell, of Masterton, mother of flower girl, the Bey. J. and Mrs. MeCaw, Mr and Mrs Glen, Mrs, B. Orr, Miss MeCaw and Mr. A. Aekroyd. The Bey. J. MeCaw proposed the health of Mr. and Mrs Haydon and Mr. Haydon responded. The bridal cake was tie gift of Mr. and Mrs. Glen.
