WOBURN BOWLING AND CROQUET CLUB.

The annuail, meeting of the Wobutn Bawling and Croquet Club - was held last Wednesday-25th ulti, ; W'hen the Report and Balance Sheet for the past ybar was presented and approved. ' During the year much needed improvements were effected in the pavidion, e.g., the completion of tiae ceiling and tihe. lining, and the installation of electric light. Attention has also been given to-the grounds. During the sum-;; mermonths they presented quite an at- ! tractive Appearance. The membersiaip of the club is increasing and; a su'eces"aful year is anticipated. 1 - Dirring the winter months the club ■ is holding weekly, card parties in. the*.! Pavilion with, most gratifying results,the space * available being taxed at times to. find" acopminodation for the niemibers and tieir fßends.
