RANDWICK PARENTS' ASSOCIATION.

* The Randwick Parents' Association is arranging a series of social evenings in order to assist with-the finances required to carry out the work of the Association. Hitherto the efforts have not been- as -well supported as they deserve and an appeal is niadc to tfliose who take an interest in the school to support the committee.

' The next social will take plae-e on Saturday evening, 7th inst. In addition to cards which will occupy the first part'of t>he evening, there will ibe dancing from 10 to 12. Exceptionally good prizes will be- presented for the card competitions and a dainty supper served. This effort to provide euchre parties in the Moera district has frequently been asked for and it is hoped that it will receive the support of the residents. .. •
