Here is. an uncommon way of cooking the delectable apple:
Apple Bissolea^
Peel and core 6 or 7 rather small apples of equal size and steam them till nearly tender but not broken, then allow them to cool. l§ift .1 tablespoon flour, 1 dessertspoon sugar and. i teaspoon cinnamon on to a piece of white paper and roll the apples in this, mixture; 'tihen brush tihem over with beaten egg and toss them in fine' cake-crumbs. Fry them in boiling fait and drain well. Arrange the apples on a &ot dish, fill the eemtre9 with apricot jam, pile a : little whipped cream on the top of each; and spiinlde with pink sugar.
