The. Hutt Valley bowling .tournament was concluded-.on Monday*. TJie final twas vbetweejir jPjraseT's rink from the Lower Hutt Club, and McArthur 's. rink, from Petonej, and resulted in a win for the former by 18 to 10.

At the conclusion, Mr. Pawson, th» president of • the Hutt Valley Committee, presented the' MeArtlnir Shield to Mr. Fraser, who received tie congratulations of many -of the^ 'bowlef s present. The opportunity was taken to present the Hutt Valley banner to .Mr. Norris, of the Lower Hutt Club, who won it for the season.
