A KITCHEN TEA.
On Friday morning, Miss Kimbell gavt a kitchen tea f*r Miss Hansell (row Mrs. Davies) at which the bride-to-tv; was the recipient of many useful
gifts for the kitchen. Miss Kimbell's frock was of cinnamon crepe de chine, ■while Miss Hansell wore a fawn and orange jumper suit with brown hat, Mrs Kimbell's "frock was of black marocain, with fawn front; and Miss G. Esnsell's frock was of blue and black, with a, blue hat." After morning tea, the guest of the morning removed the wrappers from each parcel and made appreciative and witty acknowledgment or each gift, demanding the name of the donor. .when? s thai, name was not inscribed. The following guests were p-resent:—Misses Humphries, O. Pomare, H. Butter, V. "Denniston, J. Jervis, Hardcastle,\N. Welsh, J. Eddiford and Dudley (2).
