RE-NAMING OF STREETS.

Several objections to the new Street names having /been brought under the notice of the Borough-Council, it was decided at the last meeting not to finalise the re-naming for one month so as to give residents ample time to lodge .objections. All motions previously passed and dealing with the matter jihave been rescinded.

Main Hutt xo&d to be defined as ftfoni Wakefield street to Railway avemve, and to be renamed Hutt road. .

Main street and Main road north, to bo renamed High. Street, which name will apply from the bridge~jto,the nor-, them borougth. boundary.

Princess'street to be renamed Mudie

Henry- street to be renamed Buckley street.
