In .to-day's _ issue is advertised annual general- meeting of the Hutt. Valley Choral Society. If this Society 4s to continue its activities it will be necessary for " the membership and interest generally, to improve. It is hoped "that encouragement will foe given to those who have carried on $h<s work for the past seven year's, toy the »jnth'u'siasm of a body of new arrivals full of useful suggestions.
