COMING-OF-AGE PARTIES

* A very pleasant 'and enjoyable -evening- was spent at the residence of. Mr. and Mrs Tate, '' The Hill Belmont, on Saturday the occasion being the eoming-of-age of their elder daughter, Connie. -;The garage , was utilised as a reception'room, and was very effectively decorated with, ferns, lycopodium, balloons, etc. Some fortyfive guests were present, Miss Tate was the recipient of -many: beautiful gifts.
