FOOD FOR THE THIN.
If I were drawng up a diet for the very thin woman, I should advise her to eat for breakfast, an apple, slun arid all, an omelette, accompanied by plenty of bread-and-butter-, and a glass of milk, writes an authority. There is no particular ban on tea, but «ocoa is better, or best o£all, orange juice.
For luncheon, I .suggest: meat and vegetables, preferably raw tomatoes, arid a milk pudding, also brown bread-and-butter. Dinner should include raw fruit fond salad, and anything else that she may fancy. Of course, I do not deny that fats are. good for thin women, but they will not do\much.service, if taken unintelligently. Cod-liver oil is really a great help, but many people cannot take it. v Now the matter of sleep is very, very important for the thin woman, and it should be carefully attended to, Be sure that your bed-clothes are just right neither too heavy or too light. Worry seems to attack thin people, and you must guard against it- with all your might.
