WAIWETU DEVELOPMENT.
There are many signs, of development in the Back Waiwetu district wiiere the subditdder has been very actively engaged in cutiing up some of the fine properties in tiat locality. • On the Fairfield Estate where 94 secions were offered to the puVic, all the residential sites were sold within two months and many of them have since been re-sold at an advanced price. ■'- It therefore follows that' wit&in the .very near future a new township must spring up on the eastern, side of the Hutt Valley..
Mr. F. Gr. SkinneT, the proprietor of the Pairfield Garage 1 and Service Station has pioneered the settlement (by building an upto-date garage and service station, with petrol pumps on the. Waiwetu'Road. The building, which is sjiacious, is a credit to the district and the fact that the motoring public will have the services, of such a practical motor mechanic as Mr Skinner should b« appreciated .by all. Before coming to the Hutt Valley Mr. Skinner was .foreman in one of the
principal garages in the city.
Repairs to all makes of oarswi|l be TVndertaken and the work guaranteed.
Tyres/ petrol, oil, and all accessories are kept in stock.. ; ■
