The Wainui-o-mata Women '■£ Ifiatitute. met on Wednesday at- the Public Hall, the president^ (Mrs Heathcot.i), being in the chair.
There was a good attendance of members who watched with interest, and were very keen to learn, the 'demonstration of- .seagrass stool makiag by Mrs Waiing-Taylor of Shannan. •
During, the afternoon: suggestions weTe discussed regarding the Garclon Party to be held in February,, final arrangements to be made later.
After a, dainty afternoon - tea had been .served a hearty vote of thinks I was passed to ' tie demonstrator a'rd, the singing of '*She's a Jolly Good Fellow" bWught a very pleasant afternoon to a close. ' ..
The hostesses were Mesdanies'Boyos, Callis,. Dick, and •Miss Cr.6wther.
