AnJunusual departure from the ordinary Church, service is being launched in the Lyceum Hall during the coming 'week. Commencing •with >an after©hureh rally ai 8.15 next Sunday evening, a .week's evangelistic campaign will be held until the following Sunday evening. Mr G. Clifford Eeay will be the evangelist and he will "be assisted by special soloists and an augmented choix "under tfc© baton Mr H". A. Pargetter." ( Therre was steh manifestation of the work of God's Mighty Spirit' in Eiohmond, Nelson, Lincoln and Timaru, where Mr ~!Reay conducted similar interdenominational missions, that lasting results.were seen and are still being heard of. The success of these campaigns demonstrate the appeal which the Gospel of Christ still holds for mankind. Mr Keay is blessed with a perfect naturalness. He is a born evangelist and' his charming personality has an appeal of its own. The subjects wthich will occupy the speaker 's consideration during the "mission include "A Story of True Love," "How a young brave made his choice )y "Tripped by a Flapper,'? "Counted Out," "etc.
