Referring to announcements in previous issues ttnder ..the above, heading, we are now informed that an amicable arrangement involving mutual concessions has been entered into by the, two concerns in question and that Mr. Power will ix» future carry on his business under the style or name of "TBie Traders * Protection Association while the Public Company referred to in previous issues will carry on its operations under the style of "Hutt Valley Creditors' Association Limited."
