HUTT VALLEY CHORAL SOCIETY.
Next Monday evening the Hutt Valley Choral. Society wrill render the first concert for the. 1929 season in King George Theatre. Assisting the Society will be Miss Ailsa Nieol, whose beautiful soprano voice has brought heT into prominence in both Islands. Miss Nicol is already well known to Hutt residents and the Society is to be congratulated on their choice of the soloist. Mis 3 Nicol will take "the solos in "The Banner of St. GeoTge" and give two separate numbers.
2YA Orchestra is also assisting the Society This combination is too well known to need any introduction. The Orchestra will play two overtures and two concerted numbers will be .given by the Society and Orchestra. Mr. Bennett, the leader of the Orchestra, will also play violin solos. -
